
I obtained MSc in Environmental Science and Management from Haramaya University. Currently, I am serving as Lead Advisor at GIZ EnDev Ethiopia to support environmentally sound management of used batteries and e-waste and coordinate service line activities and stakeholders. My previous experiences include at Haramaya University as Environmental Sciences Lecturer and Researcher, in Woody Weeds Project as Scientific Researcher, at District Environment and Forest Office as Environmental Protection Expert and as Biodiversity Resource Conservation Expert. Technically, I have extensive experiences on waste management, circular economy, environmental protection, natural resource management, biodiversity conservation and climate change at different dynamic institutions. I have well experienced on waste and circular economy, extended producer responsibility (EPR), public-private partnership, toxicology and environmental impact assessment. I have well experienced on establishing networks with relevant stakeholders, collaboration with various partners, analysis and document a report and depth knowledge and experiences on multidisciplinary context.
