Ensuring waste management policies are in place through conducting waste management audits and monitoring adherence to policies. Ensuring departments have clear understand of their waste streams from each activity. Ensuring there are designated waste contracts in place that will be strictly monitored for compliance. I am still in interested in this field as I will be embarking on a Masters degree in Sustainable Energy not much is said about the value i.e waste management at the end of life of each technology
