Also by contributing to the creation and implementation of national strategic plan for the sound management of chemicals and hazardous wastes, including the promotion of training and awareness raising activities, transfer of technology and the dissemination of knowledge and adoption of the best available technologies and the best practices for the sound management of chemicals and wastes
