Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on Plastic Pollution Treaty
The Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries to adopt a Plastic Pollution Treaty is expected to take place in Ecuador, Peru, Rwanda, or Senegal in mid-2025. Minamata Convention COP4
The fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP4) to the Minamata Convention on Mercury is expected to review the Convention’s Annexes A and B and financial mechanism, and conduct an effectiveness review of the Convention. The Minamata Convention was adopted to address mercury, a heavy metal that is persistent in the environment. The Convention was adopted on 10 October 2013, and entered into force on 16 August 2017. Paint Reformulation in SMEs Launching Workshop: Indonesia
