The fourth meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment (Plastic Pollution INC-4), will take place in early April 2024 in Canada. A technical expert workshop on indicators, generously hosted by the Government of the United Kingdom, was held from 3 to 5 September 2019 in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
